Caroline Maso
Senior Vice President, People and Sustainability
Caroline Maso joined the Bombardier leadership team in January 2025 as Senior Vice President, People and Sustainability. She leads Bombardier’s worldwide Human Resources practice with a focus on ensuring Bombardier is a best-in-class employer in every country the company operates.
Ms. Maso brings nearly 25 years of experience to Bombardier, most of which was accumulated in the aerospace industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen focus on people, culture and innovation—all to foster diverse, equitable and inclusive work environments that encourage creativity and empower people to reach their full potential. She is also involved in the community, serving on the board of Centraide of Greater Montreal, where she is a member of the Human Resources Committee, and actively contributes to the economic and social development of the region.
Prior to her appointment at Bombardier, Ms. Maso held the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Canada, Romania, Algeria, LATAM and Corporate Functions at AtkinsRéalis. She has also held executive positions at Pratt & Whitney, as the Vice President Human Resources of Pratt & Whitney Canada and Vice President Human Resources, Commercial Engines. Earlier in her career, she also worked at Suncor Energy.
Ms. Maso holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQAM, along with additional qualifications from Cornell University in Executive Compensation and from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, in the Executive Leadership Development Program. In addition, she is a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals (CRHA). Ms. Maso is based at Bombardier's headquarters in Montreal, Canada.
